Because the practice is young, I am also an amateur in my own practice. But I believe in it because it aligns with proven techniques like Neville Goddard’s state akin to sleep. Even simple pauses and slowing my breath can help me access this state.
I’ve realized that body memory plays a huge role. For example, I wake up at 5:30 a.m. even though I no longer need to—my body remembers the schedule I maintained for years. Imagine if that kind of body-synced awareness extended to pausing and co-creation.
If many people could align their body memory with the practice, visualizing solutions and positive change, the compounding effects will be extraordinary. New practitioners benefit by syncing into a pool that already includes seasoned ones—like adding your resources into a fund that’s already compounding interest. Each person’s participation adds to the whole, creating an energetically harmonious world through repetition, alignment, and shared focus.
