OneBreathIn | Lesson 2: The Simple Steps

OneBreathIn as a Micro-Consent Practice of Co-Creation

OneBreathIn is a micro-consent practice of agreement to co-create and manifest your own personal desires.

It works because humans are already imagining, wanting, and breathing — individually and collectively — throughout the day.
This practice simply brings conscious agreement into that existing process.

Step 1: Choose Your Desire (XX:59)

At the 59th minute of any hour, bring your attention to a desire you want to manifest.

This moment is purely about your heart’s desire.

You are not forcing a word, an image, or a perfect visualization. You are simply acknowledging what you already want — honestly and without effort.

Your desire might be:

  • healing

  • stability

  • clarity

  • peace

  • financial ease

  • creativity

  • relief

Let it be real, simple, and personal.

You do not need to close your eyes or visualize intensely. Humans naturally imagine, plan, and daydream throughout the day. OneBreathIn works by allowing that natural imagination to rest briefly on what you truly want.

Example: At 11:59, you notice a desire for healing — physical, emotional, or situational — and allow that desire to be present in your awareness.

That is all the 59th minute requires.

Why the 59th Minute Is Used (XX:59)

The 59th minute is important, but it is not required.

The practice works at any time agreement is present. Even outside the 59th minute, people around the world are already dreaming, desiring, and imagining similar things.

The 59th minute exists as a shared meeting place.

It is the moment just before the hour changes — the moment before something ends and something new begins.

Globally, many people organize their lives around the top of the hour. Work starts, tasks end, transitions occur. In the moment before those shifts, people naturally think, imagine, and reflect.

The 59th minute gathers that natural mental activity into a single, recognizable point in time.
It is an energetic gathering place — a time chosen so people who wish to practice together can do so intentionally.

Step 2: Agreement at the Top of the Hour (XX:00)

At the top of the hour, you come into agreement.

This is the moment of declaration.

The thought at the top of the hour is:

It shall be done as it will around the earth.

This means:

  • my desire will come to pass

  • and this same desire, held by others around the world, will also come to pass

This is not a request and not a hope.
It is a declaration of co-creation.
You are coming into agreement with others who are dreaming similar dreams — whether they know about OneBreathIn or not.

The Agreement Breath

The action that accompanies this agreement is a deep inhale.

You cannot physically join hands with others around the world — so instead, you breathe.

The inhale functions like joining hands energetically.

As you inhale, you come into agreement:

  • with your own desire

  • with this same desire held by others

  • with co-creation occurring together

Exhale and Release

After the inhale, you naturally exhale.

The exhale is not an active part of the practice — it simply happens.

When you exhale, you let go.
You allow your desire to co-create and manifest without effort or control.
Once you exhale, the practice is complete.

The Concert Effect

In concerts, choirs, chants, and large gatherings, power is not created by individuals trying harder.

It is created when people move together. Attention, emotion, and expectation naturally synchronize when humans share timing and intention.

Consider a concert: weeks or months before, fans are already imagining how amazing it will be. They have visualized the performance, anticipating every song and moment. They arrive expecting a powerful experience.

As the concert begins, this collective energy intensifies. Every cheer, clap, and shout adds to the shared field. The performer absorbs this energy, amplifying their own skill and expression. They feel empowered — almost godlike — because the fans are giving energy, focus, and agreement. The dominant power comes from the audience.

The musician or performer’s excellence emerges not in isolation, but through the co-created energy of those aligned in expectation and excitement.

OneBreathIn functions in exactly the same way — quietly, privately, and globally. Each individual breath is small. The collective pattern is not.

Bringing It All Together

OneBreathIn does not require belief, effort, or perfect timing.

It works with:

  • natural human desire

  • everyday imagination

  • shared moments of transition

  • simple agreement

At the 59th minute, you hold your desire.
At the top of the hour, you declare agreement.
With one breath in, you join others around the world doing the same.

Reflection

What is the most powerful aspect of synchronizing your breath at the top of the hour?

  • Aligning with Collective Energy – By breathing in sync with others worldwide, you tap into a unified field of intention, amplifying the power of manifestation.

  • Programming Your Energy – Choosing an intention just before the hour shifts your frequency, allowing your breath to encode that energy into your body and consciousness.

  • The Exhale as Transmission – Releasing your breath at the same moment as others sends your intention into the quantum field, influencing both personal and global transformation.

  • Creating a Concert of Breath – Just like synchronized music or chanting, breathing together creates resonance, coherence, and a deep sense of connection with humanity.
