The only thing I want you to take away from this post is this: the OneBreathIn Practice is not a sit-down, close-your-eyes, palms-in-the-air meditation. This is an inner meditation — a pause from within while you are fully active in life. You do not stop what you’re doing to practice this. Instead, you shift your mind’s focus toward the world you wish to see. It could be something as simple as completing a task well, imagining your family laughing at dinner, or seeing your community thrive. The practice is to pause inside, visualize, cultivate, and mentally create what you want to see. At the top of the hour, a deep breath in plants that vision in your heart. This is the art of the inner pause, while still fully active on the outside.
