The practice is very new, not even a year old yet. I started it November 6th, 2024, and today, October 7th, 2025, I have zero followers. Yet I keep practicing.
I am an apprentice in my own creation, still learning, still messing up, still iterating. I know that consistency compounds over time. Documenting this journey is important—not just for me, but to encourage new practitioners later. That’s why I tag these entries First Year Diary.
One day, five or fifteen years from now, someone new may click that label and see exactly what my first year was like—my mistakes, my hiccups, my persistence, and my endurance. They’ll see my transparency and realize mastery doesn’t come without trial and error. That record will encourage them to keep going.
I imagine hundreds, then thousands, then eventually millions of people participating in the OneBreathIn practice, harmonizing their energy, co-creating, and seeing the world shift as a result. Writing and documenting this now, when I have zero followers, will serve as a record for future growth and inspiration.
