OneBreathIn: A Living Lighthouse

Today is November 11th, 2025. Ever since I woke up to my soul contract on November 6th, 2024, OneBreathIn came back to me.

It didn’t arrive like a new idea.
It didn’t feel “invented.”
It felt remembered.
Like something that had been sitting inside me, waiting for the moment I was ready to pick it back up.

Started building the course.
Started writing the framework.
I wasn’t learning it — I was re-calling it.
Like turning the pages of a book I had already read once, but in another time.
And on March 12, 2025, I bought the domain.

And at first, after I finished writing, my mind went into that old habit:
“How do I get people to find this?”
“How do I attract the ones who already feel this?”

That question made me tired.

Not because the work was too big, but because the question was wrong.

Because you didn’t need to be convinced to come here.
You didn’t need to be persuaded.
Something in you was already tuned to this frequency, and that recognition is what brought you here now.

So now that you’re here, we can talk.

You already know breath carries power.
You’ve already had moments where you believed something so deeply that you watched it appear in your life exactly as you felt it would.
You’ve already said to yourself,
“I knew that was going to happen.”

Because you did.

Your breath and your mind have always been creators.
You’ve always been co-creating with others — even when you didn’t realize it.

What OneBreathIn does is simply make that co-creation intentional.

Not new.
Not foreign.
Just focused.

And that’s when I realized something:
My job was never to chase.
My job was never to go out and “find” you.

My job was to be a lighthouse.

To stand.
To shine.
To remember.
And when the timing aligned, you would find me — because you were already on your way.

A lighthouse does not run into the ocean to go look for ships.
It stays exactly where it is, holding its frequency steady.
And the ones who are meant to arrive, do.

That’s you, right now.

So here’s the part that came through today, and this is what moved me:

At the 59th minute of every hour, somewhere in the world, someone is already dreaming something good.
Visualizing something they hope for, or want more of.
Holding a vision of a world they want to see.

They may not call it manifesting.
They may not call it meditation.
They may not call it anything.
They’re just picturing something beautiful — because that’s what humans do.

And everyone takes a deep breath in right at the top of the hour involuntarily. Yes! The average adult at rest inhales about every 4–6 seconds. That usually breaks down to roughly 12–16 breaths per minute, with each inhale taking about 2–3 seconds and each exhale taking 2–3 seconds as well. LOL

And children breathe faster than adults.

  • Newborns (0–3 months): ~30–60 breaths per minute → inhale roughly every 1–2 seconds

  • Infants (3–12 months): ~25–50 breaths per minute → inhale roughly every 1.2–2.4 seconds

  • Toddlers (1–3 years): ~20–30 breaths per minute → inhale roughly every 2–3 seconds

  • Preschool/early childhood (3–6 years): ~20–25 breaths per minute → inhale roughly every 2.4–3 seconds

  • Children (6–12 years): ~18–22 breaths per minute → inhale roughly every 2.7–3.3 seconds

  • Teens (12–18 years): ~12–20 breaths per minute → inhale roughly every 3–5 seconds, approaching adult rates

And children have the best dreams.

So even when I thought I was practicing alone, I wasn’t. Everyone is taking a OnebreathIn at some point on the TOP OF THE HOUR. And maybe almost everyone is dreaming of virtuous outcomes for themselves and others. I believe that most people want the same things, and therefore dream of the same things.

Safety – Feeling protected, secure, free from harm.

Love – Feeling deeply cared for and accepted by family and those close.

Comfort – Physical and emotional ease; a sense of being nurtured.

Trust – Knowing that the people and world around them are reliable.

Kindness – Experiencing and giving gentle, caring actions.

Joy – Moments of play, laughter, delight, and wonder.

Peace – Calmness in the home and in the heart, space to feel still.

Belonging – Feeling part of a family, a community, a circle of love.

Curiosity – Freedom to explore, learn, and imagine safely.

Gratitude – Feeling thankful for what they have, and recognizing goodness.

Forgiveness – Ability to let go of hurts and be embraced again.

Presence – Being seen, heard, and truly acknowledged in the moment.

Hope – A quiet knowing that good things are possible, even after heartache.

Playfulness – The freedom to express, laugh, and create without judgment.

Clarity – Understanding the world in small truths, without confusion or fear.

There are millions of people dreaming about these things unconsciously every day.

OneBreathIn simply brings intention to what is already universal.

And this intention of agreement compounds our power as one.

When you choose to take that breath on purpose…
When you choose your vision on purpose…
When you choose to unify your breath and your thought with others on purpose…

You are not just manifesting your own life.

You are aligning yourself with every human, everywhere, who is holding a loving thought in that same moment — whether they know you exist or not.

You are creating a link.
A resonance.
A shared signal.

Their dreams empower yours.
Your breath empowers theirs.
Agreement does not require that they know your name.

This is how quiet world-shifting happens.

This is how something becomes both invisible and undeniable.

This is how OneBreathIn spreads:
Not by force.
Not by marketing.
Not by convincing.

But by recognition.

It lives in you before you ever hear the name of it.
And when you hear the name, something in you just says, “Oh. Yes. That.”

Before today, I wondered. How will the practice grow.... LOL
Today, I understand, OneBreathIn is a Practice of Intentional Agreement with the global human dream to live and love your life and free others to do the same.

Because the truth is:
This practice was already happening everywhere.

We are just shining a light on this involuntary act to amplify the frequency of a global co-creation.

All I did was remember it and remind you that our agreement and synced intention compound our power.

All you did was resonate and respond to the light.

And now that you’re here — I see your light.

Welcome home.
